CPG Discussion Group: Finding Support as an International Student
Please feel free to join us for this weekly 60-minute discussion group that is designed to provide students with a supportive space to connect and exchange ideas with one another. Because this discussion group is drop-in in nature, there's no need to register. In addition, you can attend one or as often as you like. It doesn't matter if you are studying remotely or you are here at Clark in person - we welcome all students. This discussion group meets on Wednesdays 8am-9am and Thursdays from 1-2pm. The first discussion group is 9/17/20 and it will be weekly until 11/17/20. Please go to the CPG Discussion Groups webpage (https://www.clarku.edu/offices/counseling/groups/) for the zoom link. To join the discussion group, click on the provided link at the time of the group. This online discussion group aims to provide a safe place for Clark’s international students to connect with and support each other. This group is offered at two time slots so you can join us based on your time zone and availability. During group time, students may share personal experiences and resources on various topics, including cultural adjustment, time management, stress reduction, self-care, healthy relationships, nutrition and sleep, etc.
The group leader speaks both English and Chinese.
